In spring 1998, CBS broadcasted that complaining of consumers to the public health center, about the restaurant and the marketfs grading system and a retail has to have a food handler certificate during opening hours in duty. Not only Los Angeles County but also Orange County, Ventura County, and San Diego and in the moment the problem and the complaining are spreading in California State.

Since1999, year and year the United State is changing the system more difficult and complicate. Moreover, there are an immigration Visa problem, Labor non-equal opportunity, the import of food and food treated problem. We help the restaurant to improve the problems and strict rules. We open the seminar and the study of the meeting to understanding the people deeply. Letfs start a strong community in Southern California.

Here, the united Sates, there are tremendous numbers of Japanese restaurants. However, the restaurant employers donft know how to care the problems. We communicate with other organizations, the public health office, the immigration office, and Labor association. We need to corporate each other. We want to talk and negotiate with everybody and we work hard for improving everything. Please corporate with our association and go for it.
